Build version: v2.18.7Habit is built around short, question-based check-ins. You don't write long entries. You answer a few questions, and Habit turns your answers into a personalized insight.
Most check-ins take about two minutes.
The questions move from broad to specific. The first few ask how you feel or what's on your mind. Later questions help you name patterns, explore a feeling, or choose a small step.
If none of the choices fit, tap More options. Habit generates new ones based on your last answer.
After the last question, Habit writes a short insight from the answers you just gave. It isn't generic advice.
If more than one insight appears, pick the one you want to keep. Saved insights live in your Library. You can read them later, or tap a pattern to see related entries.
Some check-ins end with an optional small step or reflection prompt:
Both are optional. Use them when you want to go deeper.
Tap Library in the bottom navigation to see:
The library is the easiest way to spot patterns over time.
