Habit uses a seven-question format. The questions start broad, then narrow in on what matters most for you today.
Traditional journaling asks you to generate everything yourself: what happened, how you felt, what it means. That works for some people. For others, it creates friction.
A guided check-in removes that friction by:

The insight at the end of a check-in comes from your answers. It isn't advice from an outside source. It reflects back what you already said, often in a way that makes a pattern clearer.
If the insight doesn't fit, you can generate new options or skip saving it. The goal is to find the one that makes you think, "Yes, that's what's going on."
