The reflection node is an optional space to jot down your own thoughts at the end of a check-in. It is private, never shared with AI, and yours to use however you want.

Build version: v2.18.7The reflection node is the final present-focused stop on your insight map. After you've explored the Deeper Current, Ground Truth, and Small Step, the reflection node unlocks and simply asks:
"Would you like to jot down any thoughts about this check-in?"
You do not have to write anything. The reflection node is there if you want it, and easy to skip if you don't. Some people use it to capture a feeling, a memory, or a sentence they do not want to forget. Others prefer to leave it empty and let the insight map speak for itself. Both are fine.
What you write in the reflection node is stored with your entry and appears only in your personal Library. It is not used to generate insights, prompts, or any other content. It is not fed back into the AI. It is not shared, summarized, or displayed anywhere else.
Think of it like a private note you attach to a check-in: visible only to you, whenever you open that entry.
The first four nodes are generated from your check-in answers. They give you angles to look at what came up. The reflection node is different. It is a blank space for whatever is left over: the thought that did not fit, the detail you want to remember, or the reaction you had while reading your insight.
